YOUR MISSION
Join us this summer as the Head of Hospitality at our camp, where your leadership will shine! You’ll inspire a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while ensuring all hospitality operations run smoothly. Collaborate with various departments—Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Maintenance—to create unforgettable experiences for our campers. Step into this pivotal role and make a lasting impact on our camp community!
Your Responsibilities
- Leadership of a team of hospitality staff
- Coordination and oversight of daily hospitality operations
- Supervision of all hospitality-related activities
- Serving as the point of communication between hospitality staff and the camp management team
- Problem-solving and delegating tasks within the hospitality department
- Collaborating with Housekeeping, Kitchen, and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless service
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency
- Prior experience in a hospitality position
- Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills as a plus
- Demonstrates positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under stress
- Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity
- Experience working in multicultural environments
