An opportunity to join a fast-growing innovative consulting firm with a focus on strategy realisation and helping their clients bring their vision to life. Specialised in Life Sciences, they work across the entire value chain from R&D, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
With offices in Switzerland, Germany, London, and across the USA, they are looking to selectively hire in Germany or Switzerland, at the Senior Project Manager, Director, and Partner level.
Co-founded over a decade ago by an ex-McKinsey consultant who also held senior roles at global pharma companies, including Novartis, the firm has grown significantly. Their success lies in combining a global network of independent consultants with a strong core team, allowing them to deliver high-performing, scalable solutions tailored to client needs. The firm’s flexible, agile model enables them to bring the right expertise at the right time, making a real impact for clients.
Key Requirements:
- Senior Project Manager : A minimum of 5 years+ of consulting experience from a top management consulting firm, with good knowledge of the Life Sciences industry.
- Director: A minimum of 7 years+ of consulting experience from a top management consulting firm, with strong knowledge of the Life Sciences industry
- Partner: 10 years+ of consulting experience from a leading management consulting firm, with deep knowledge across the life sciences industry, and a strong business development network across Europe.
In addition:
- Experience delivering successful projects in Commercial, Operations, Implementation, Procurement, Tech Ops, R&D or PMO.
- A ‘hands-on’ approach with a bias for execution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize complex topics and explain them to a range of stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication and listening skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate people and teams.
