YOUR MISSION
Join us as the Head of Entertainment, where you’ll lead a talented team dedicated to creating an unforgettable entertainment program for our campers! In this dynamic role, you’ll plan and execute a variety of engaging activities, ensuring every camper enjoys a memorable experience. Your leadership will cultivate a vibrant environment where creativity and enthusiasm flourish, making each day an adventure. Your Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the entertainment staff to express their creativity
- Ensure the team effectively fulfills their duties and leads
- Develop and oversee the camp’s entertainment schedule, including evening and afternoon activities
- Supervise daily activities, ensuring smooth and safe operations
- Serve as the main communication point between the entertainment team and camp monitors
- Delegate tasks for efficient event execution
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum age of 22, with EU citizenship or Swiss residency
- Prior experience as a camp staff member or in entertainment and program coordination
- Ability to supervise staff and experience in people management
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Fluent in English, with additional language skills as a plus
- Demonstrates positive attitude, and the ability to remain calm under stress
- Creative, flexible, and a strong team player with a high workload capacity
- Experience working in multicultural environments
