About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will drive innovations by transforming our data landscape and designing specific data-based solutions for different parts of the organization.You will be responsible for:Moving from a traditional Business Data Warehouse approach to a Federated Data Mesh where we share data with all parts of Deutsche Boerse GroupDesigning data-based solutions using state-of-the-art technologies and security toolsDeveloping design criteria for the ECC Data DomainAnalyzing our Data Technologies portfolio for potential improvements and deriving new featuresSupporting business departments in creating requirements and translating them into software designsEnsuring compliance to internal and external standards, regulations, procedures, and best practicesRequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:A degree in Information Technology/Engineering or an apprenticeship as an IT specialistDemonstrable experience in designing Data Warehouse and Data Lake/Data Mesh Architectures, ideally in an agile/scrum-based environmentRoutine familiarity in Requirements Engineering and strong experience in Cloud-Based Data Technologies solutions, preferably based on GCP or AzureStrong analytical skillsExperience working in a banking and/or commodity environment (ideal)Excellent communication skills in Business English and German (intermediate level)About UsWe are a dynamic and international team within EEX Group and Deutsche Börse Group.
