Job Description
**Your Role**We are currently seeking a Principal Systems Engineer (M/W/D) – Automotive OEM to join our dynamic team in Munich. As a member of our system architecture team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in our automotive business.Your primary responsibilities will include:Managing product research and development initiatives to anticipate technological trends and drive innovationProviding technical leadership to cross-functional teams and driving system architecture and technical concepts based on internal and external requirementsOffering direction and influence to engineering management for long-range product development objectives and facilitating decision-making on technical challengesUncovering and resolving problems associated with the development and implementation of existing products and programsRepresenting Garmin in external meetings with customers and suppliers
