Store Manager, LUGANO, VIA PESSINA
Location: Lugano, Switzerland
Do you love delivering top customer experiences and being part of a cool, prestigious brand? Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving sales and developing talent? If so, we want you to lead our awesome store in Lugano, Via Pessina!
What You’ll Do:
Lead and Inspire
- Manage a fun and dynamic team of 6 members
- Coach, lead, and develop your team to provide amazing customer experiences and boost PANDORA’s brand
- Make sure your team is well-trained and on the same page with PANDORA’s vision, mission, and values
- Keep the team spirit high and ensure the store performs at its best
- Recruit and welcome new team members
- Be a role model by continuously improving your own skills and helping your team grow
Drive Results
- Implement cool initiatives to hit sales targets and achieve great results
- Compile daily and weekly sales reports for your Regional Sales Manager
- Review weekly sales figures for each team member
Retail Excellence
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and keep the furniture looking great
- Ensure visual merchandising is on point and meets PANDORA’s standards, and that all team members follow VM guidelines
Inventory Management
- Oversee inventory and customer order procedures
- Organize inventory stock efficiently
- Manage inventory deliveries, storage, and low-risk processes effectively
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in luxury goods or a similar retail environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop a team
- Results-driven with the ability to inspire and create a collaborative selling environment
- Service-minded with a “can do” attitude
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment and open to changes
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluency in English and Italian is required
- German is a plus
