Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Functional Consultant (Avaloq Certified) to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Stream Lead for the Investor Protection & MIFID stream. This role will involve overseeing and managing key regulatory deliverables, ensuring compliance with the latest requirements, and providing functional expertise to drive forward critical developments and enhancements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Avaloq Certification is a must.
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Avaloq and financial industry regulations, particularly in relation to Investor Protection and MiFID II .
- In-depth understanding of regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., UK regulations, SDR , etc.).
- Experience managing development waves (DEV3 and DEV4) and liaising with development teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience leading or supporting Change Requests (CRs) and bugfixing efforts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
