I’m supporting an automotive cleantech supplier in their search for an Advanced Quality Engineer to lead multiple OEM customer projects.
Responsibilities:
- Direct customer contact for quality issues within projects.
- Manage APQP and PPAP activities for suppliers and customers.
- Serve as the lead for customer complaints and mediate issues using quality tools such as 8D reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with the desired level of quality.
- Continuous improvement for quality processes internally and with suppliers.
- Travel to customer/supplier sites (up to 25%).
Requirements:
- 4+ years quality engineering experience for an automotive T1/T2 (advanced/perceived quality advantageous)
- Knowledge of automotive plastics and/or composites
- Business fluent English language skills
- Unlimited right to work in Switzerland without sponsorship
- Willingness to work onsite in Switzerland
Bonus points:
- German and/or French language skills
- Experience in a low volume automotive manufacturing environment
