Job Description This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different cultures and regions : Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans and strategies. Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals. Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify potential challenges and risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver change management activities, including communication, training, and support. Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, providing regular updates to senior leadership. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees to facilitate change adoption. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements The Successful Applicant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience in change management, preferably in a multinational environment. Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams across different regions.
