To reinforce our Management Team, we are looking for a Your main assignments: Lead, manage and develop the accounting team Work closely with the CEO and the Board regarding financial topics Ensure proper quarterly and annual statutory closings, as well as audit process Budgeting and cost controlling Liquidity management (budget and regular forecasts) Preparation of external and internal reportings (Management and Board) Establish and enforce robust internal controls and processes Ensure tax and VAT compliance Your profile: Swiss certified public accountant or Swiss certified expert in Accounting and Controlling 5+ years of experience, ideally in an audit company Strong IT skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Initiative – must be a self-starter who takes the lead when necessary Young and dynamic with appreciation of challenging tasks Fluent in English or German, French is a plus If you are interested in taking up this exciting challenge in a dynamic environment and recognize yourself in the description, do not hesitate to call us for additional information or to send your CV to Write an email.
