Tasks Lead the development of the vehicle\’s exterior design with the goal of creating future icons that align seamlessly with our brand identity.
Take charge of the entire process involved in creating exterior design solutions, from initial sketches to design models, and finally, to tooling release.
Foster collaboration with aerodynamic and engineering teams to create exceptional and innovative products.
Assume responsibility for establishing a design taste and working culture that harmonizes with our team in Beijing and Shanghai.
This pivotal function involves embodying Li Auto\’s design philosophy in Europe, necessitating outstanding connections within the design community.
The incumbent will serve as a lighthouse, guiding and representing our brand to ensure a strong and influential presence in the European design landscape.
Profile Education/Experience Bachelor degree or above, in industrial or transportation design.
Above 10 years’ experience in exterior design, master of sketching, modelling and proportional research.
Possess a solid theoretical foundation of car design until production, to be able to lead a design from first sketch until final tooling release.
Knowledge Proficiency in using sketch and rendering software as well as general knowledge of modelling software like Alias, Autodesk.
Proficient English communication and writing skills, excellent team coordination and communication skills Skills and Competencies Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
