Job Description

We are Procure Ai, a market leader in bringing artificial intelligence and automation to the procurement process with the goal to unlock massive savings for our clients by having a high-value procurement function. We are a team of experienced tech and business professionals, based in Germany, UK and France. This role is based in Heidelberg, where we are currently opening an office with a hybrid work model (2-3 days office attendance). To foster team spirit and collaboration, we regularly gather for exciting company offsites in various locations across Europe. We are now recruiting for an experienced Senior Partner Manager (m/f/d) for our growing Go-to-market team.

Impact & Ownership

Partner Management at Procure Ai is more than building out our partner network; it is an integral part of our growth strategy! In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a partnership program by identifying the key technology and consulting partners across EMEA with a particular focus on the DACH region. You will develop a partner portfolio commercially and strategically to accelerate Procure Ai’s growth, creating sustainable “win-win” business opportunities.

  1. Identify, evaluate, and cultivate strategic partnerships with external organizations, technology providers, system integrators, and other key stakeholders aligned with our business objectives.
  2. Facilitate and maintain long-term, meaningful relationships, fostering reciprocal feedback to ensure mutual success.
  3. Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies that enhance our product commercialization and market positioning.
  4. Work closely with the marketing team and partners to create and execute marketing campaigns, co-branded collateral, and promotional activities that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  5. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner initiatives, making data-driven improvements to optimize outcomes.
  6. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and enhance our competitive edge.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies and go-to-market plans.
  2. Ambitious, commercially-minded, and capable of making trade-offs on time and investments to leverage projects and partnerships for maximum impact.
  3. Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, able to communicate clearly, win trust with business partners, and generate excitement.
  4. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify commercial opportunities, develop joint business plans, and think strategically from first principles.
  5. Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in the tech industry, designing and executing partner sales motions, and a strong interest in software technology.
  7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach to challenges, and a data-driven mindset to establish and track performance metrics.
