Are you studying medical sciences, natural sciences, engineering, business/economics, digital business management or similar and would like to gain practical experience in an international healthcare group during your studies? Then support our Project Management Office for 12 months. Working within the project office allows you to get insights into many different projects, the pharmaceutical product development process and the possibility to build up an international network within the company

Your Challenge in Detail

• You support us for development of project management processes, tools and templates
• Operational support for the roll-out of project management software tools
• Organizational preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops and meetings
• Data maintenance and extension of data in Sharepoint platforms and project database applications are also among your tasks

Your Competence is in Demand

• Current full-time study in the field of medical sciences, natural sciences, engineering, business/economics, digital business management or similar

• You have excellent Microsoft Office skills (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)

• Strong social and communication skills as well as an analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking are also among your qualities

• Independent, structured and team-oriented working spirit and willingness to collaborate with multicultural and interdisciplinary colleague

• Being self-driven and high engagement and flexibility
