We are seeking a Founders Associate (m/f/d) to work closely with our C-level executives, supporting them in managing daily operations and driving strategic initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insight into the workings of a high-growth startup in the biotech industry and actively contribute to shaping our future. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;
✓ 1-3 years of relevant work experience in management consulting, operations, or a similar role within a startup or fast-growing company.
A hands-on attitude and a willingness to dive into a variety of tasks.
Fluent in English and German.
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to support the team at international events or meetings.
