We are hiring at our Dietikon location an experienced Chief Financial Officer (m/w) 100% Responsibilities: As member of the Executive Board you will be responsible for the Accounting and Controlling of the Group and the 2 individual sites including tax and risk management and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensuring the timely and accurate submission of monthly and yearly Swiss GAAP FER financial group statements, taking full accountability for their completeness and accuracy and that the local books are compliant with OR and US general accounting principles. Acting as a proactive partner to business units, functions and the 2 sites by providing comprehensive data packs to keep management informed on business performance. You proactively drive the further development of the ERP environment for the accounting & controlling department and support business units while driving continuous improvement initiatives such as process standardization and cost allocation. Ensure group project controlling in collaboration with the project teams and develop a data driven mindset in Operations and Manufacturing via critical inputs when determining recommendations and decisions. Challenge cost calculations of projects and sales prices of produced solutions as well as contracts with individual customers. You are responsible for annual budgets, cash management and cash flows, investments, insurance, defining and controlling of cost centers and investment plans to ensure effective allocation of resources and hiring needs. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within an Engineering company or tech manufacturing and an advanced education in Finance. Demonstrated progressive experience in a finance role within an international environment. Strong communication, general management, and project management skills. In-depth knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER standards. Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office. You readily distinguish between what’s relevant and what’s unimportant to make sense of complex situations, remaining energized and effective when faced with ambiguity and uncertainty. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English.
