We are looking to hire a Senior Test Engineer to join our R&D team in Vienna. In this role, you will interact with the community of automation engineers on our technologies – especially your product called Tosca – with the desire to grow with the team by sharing your passion for continuous improvement, technology monitoring, coaching people, and sharing knowledge.
What you will do
- Lead and manage the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated software tests.
- Create risk-based requirements and define/provide test data based on internal requirements.
- Take responsibility for manual and exploratory testing of our market-leading software.
- Improve our existing software test methods, tools, and processes.
- Interpret and report your test results by focusing on continuous quality improvement.
- Contribute to all agile activities e.g., daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, etc.
- Close collaboration with our software developers, agile coach, and product owner.
Who you are
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and expertise in advanced testing techniques.
- 4+ years of overall software testing experience.
- 2+ years of software testing experience with Tosca would be considered a great plus.
- Knowledge of C# and .NET is a plus.
- ISTQB certificate is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Motivated by achieving innovative results and providing high-end solutions.
- Ability to assign appropriate priorities when managing workload.
