Senior Business Analyst – Financial Solutions
Our client is a market leader in the financial services industry, and they are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to assist with driving customer-centric finance solutions. You will be a part of the Finance, Change, and Project team developing custom finance solutions and supporting deliver quality customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting stakeholders of all levels in developing customer-centric finance solutions.
- Designing and delivering solutions that drive better outcomes for customers and colleagues.
- Supporting the digitalisation and modernisation of Finance to enable better outcomes for customers and teams.
- Analysing end-to-end data flows and processes, including process mapping, requirement writing, testing, and more.
- Collaborating with financial stakeholders and SMEs to document Finance Requirements, Solution design discussions, and Go Live implementation.
What we\’re looking for in you:
- Extensive experience in delivering simplified solutions for finance teams.
- Strong critical thinking and analysis capabilities.
- CA or CPA qualification is an advantage, but not essential.
- Profound experience in project optimization roles within Finance.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with stakeholders and influence improvements in reporting quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- An agile approach to analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to identify problems and offer sustainable solutions.
