The Role
Due to an internal restructure and the creation of a senior leadership role, we are looking for a talented, energetic, and innovative thinking candidate to take operational control of our Western Sydney Office and drive the growth of the business. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of 14-15 experienced employees to deliver innovative and sustainable urban development projects
- Ensuring delivery of project design on time and within budget
- Consistently liaising with clients ensuring strong communication with all relevant stakeholders
- Training, mentoring, and coaching junior staff whilst maintaining a fantastic team culture
The Requirements
- Extensive senior leadership within a civil design team ideally delivering urban development projects
- Demonstrated history of developing and maintaining a high performing team fostering a culture of inclusion
- Proven background of driving growth within a design/project management consultancy
- Degree in Civil Engineering
