Senior Business Analyst – Digital PMO Transition Program
Contract length: 12 Months
Location: Newstead, 4000
WFH: 2 days p/week
We are seeking Senior Business Analysts to join our Digital PMO team and support key initiatives for improving portfolio planning, engagement, and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture business requirements and develop detailed specifications/user stories.
- Lead business case development and support solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including process maps and workflows.
- Design, build, and test processes, policies, and system changes related to portfolio management.
- Drive backlog management and reporting using Jira.
- Lead or support change management activities and stakeholder engagement.
- Research and evaluate additional solutions as required.
Essential:
- Strong experience (5+ years) in business analysis for large or complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, engaging with senior leadership, technical teams, and partners.
- Proficient in creating business process models and documentation for \’as-is\‘ and \’to-be\‘ states.
- Skilled in Agile delivery methods, including Jira use.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work across design, testing, and change management functions.
Desirable:
- Experience in PMO establishment and operations.
- Knowledge of the Energy industry and P3O frameworks.
- Familiarity with portfolio management processes and solutions.
