Our client, a fully integrated real estate investment platform, is looking for a Senior Associate / Investment Manager to join their growing team in Vienna . This is a great opportunity for an experienced real estate professional to play a key role in investment origination, execution, and restructuring across Europe, with a primary focus on Austria, Germany, and Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Originate & execute investments – from deal sourcing to structuring and underwriting
- Financial modeling & analysis – build detailed underwriting models from scratch
- Restructuring & refinancing – lead or support advisory mandates in Europe and the US
- Asset management strategy – drive value creation and work closely with portfolio management
- Investor relations & fundraising – support capital-raising efforts and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in real estate investment, investment banking, or private equity
- Exceptional financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail
- Exposure to restructuring & loan documentation is a plus
- Fluency in English + German or Polish (full professional proficiency)
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
