Tasks As our Lead/Senior Frontend Engineer, you\’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our etaONE Energy Intelligence Platform . You\’ll be the cutting edge of a talented software engineers team to develop innovative solutions using Angular/Typescript, focusing on: Architect & Develop : Lead the frontend architecture using Angular, TypeScript, and related technologies. Deliver a high-performing, scalable product that meets the evolving needs of our customers. Feature Implementation : Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to build user-friendly features from concept to release. Team Leadership : Mentor junior frontend developers, conduct code reviews, and champion best practices to maintain a high-quality codebase. Technical Roadmap : Drive the technical roadmap for frontend development, suggesting improvements to frameworks, libraries, and tools to keep us on the cutting edge. Quality & Performance : Ensure responsive design, implement testing strategies, and optimize performance to provide a seamless user experience. Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth integration. Requirements Proven Angular Expertise : 4+ years of professional experience developing large-scale applications with Angular (preferably Angular 13+). Strong Frontend Fundamentals : Deep knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. Architecture & Patterns : Proficiency with design patterns, component-based architecture, and state management tools (e.g., NgRx). Leadership Experience : Track record of leading or mentoring a frontend development team, including code reviews and technical guidance. Tooling & CI/CD : Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Angular CLI) and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. Agile Methodologies : Comfortable working in Scrum or Kanban frameworks, with a commitment to collaboration and iterative development. Excellent Communication : Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear business language and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
