Tasks Configure the System : Set up and customize SAP HCM modules to meet business needs. Analyze Requirements : Understand and translate business requirements into SAP system solutions. Migrate Data : Handle data transfer, ensuring accuracy and integrity during migration. Integrate Systems : Connect SAP HCM with other SAP modules and external systems. Train Users : Create training materials and conduct sessions to teach users how to use the system. Test the System : Develop and run tests to ensure the system works correctly and fix any issues.
