Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

Apprentice for 2025 (m/f/x) – IT Specialist in System Integration

Apprenticeship Program:

• Start: September 2025 (Possibility for a three-month preliminary internship)
• Duration: 3 years
• School: Gewerbeschule Lörrach

What to expect:

• Further development and learning in a young dynamic team
• Insights into the value chain of a textile trading company
• Dual training system with three days of vocational school every other week at the Gewerbliche Schule Lörrach (vocational school)

Your Responsibilities:

• Complete your vocational Training

• Get to know the company processes as well as the IT interfaces

• Passing through all IT areas / focus on IT support

• Planning, installation, maintenance and support of the infrastructure

• System administration of information and communication technology

• Participation in diverse IT-projects

• Error analysis and troubleshooting

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed school education (mittlere Reife)

• Affinity for computer science as well as basic knowledge in the IT-area

• Self-organized and independent

• Flexible and able to work in a team

• Command of English (spoken and written)
