Intro We are seeking a freelance Intercom specialist to implement and customize the Intercom platform across 3–4 brands, focusing on sales and customer communication optimization. The primary objective is to set up and configure Intercom to streamline messaging flows and integrate basic AI-driven chat solutions effectively. This project is estimated to require approximately 5–8 hours, with the possibility of additional ad-hoc maintenance work in the future. Tasks Set up and customize the Intercom platform across multiple brands. Configure chat widgets, messaging flows, and AI-driven chat solutions tailored for sales and customer support. Integrate Intercom with Jira and HubSpot for seamless data management and workflow optimization. Ensure a consistent tone, style, and messaging across all brands, aligning with evolving brand guidelines. Deliver a comprehensive handover document detailing configurations, workflows, and best practices. Requirements Proven experience in implementing and customizing Intercom for sales and customer communication purposes. Expertise in setting up AI-driven chat automation within Intercom. Strong technical skills for integrating Intercom with Jira, HubSpot, and other platforms. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate remotely. Availability to start from mid-January.
