Your primary responsibilities will be designing user-centered interfaces and crafting exceptional experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Research & Analysis
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze user behavior and identify pain points to inform design decisions.
- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes based on research findings.
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to team members and leadership.
- Conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of designs.
- Use analytics tools to monitor performance and optimize user experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve designs.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and user testing platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development is a plus.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.
- Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
