ERP: The engine of business success
As an ERP product owner, you develop the in-house ERP solution further and make it future-proof using modern technologies and architectures. You also design new and exciting products in collaboration with your cross-functional team and other POs.
This is what you do
- Product responsibility for an individual ERP solution and other business applications
- Further development of the responsible products
- Further development of the in-house ERP solution towards a standard platform solution
- Management of the corresponding product roadmaps and alignment with the stakeholders
- Verification of specific customer requirements and checking reuse in the ERP solution landscape
- Responsibility for the professional and technical concepts that affect the products
- Planning & communication of product releases
- Management (refinement, prioritization) of the product backlogs
- Working in an agile working environment in close cooperation with customers
- Active participation in the product owner guild
This is what you bring with you
- Business informatics or IT training (FH, HF, etc.)
- Several years of experience with Scrum, product ownership and agile software development
- Experience in requirements engineering & UX/UI design
- Noticeable ownership and great passion for product development
- Strong solution and Variant thinking
- Quick comprehension and analytical, structured thinking and approach
- Flair for planning, organizing, coordinating, deciding, prioritizing and presenting
- Convincing, profitable appearance
- Very good written and spoken German skills (we will support you in reaching the required level in German)
