Your Role as Head of Digital & Governance As Head of Digital & Governance, you will be shaping the future of Digitalization & Automation of finance processes, leading a diverse, international team, driving operational excellence and innovative process design for business changes in S4 United, GLOBE, S4i and Innogy legacy systems in alignment with Process Owners and IT. You will hold a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future setup of Finance Services. This role will report to the Head of Finance Services. Our objectives to inspire you As part of the Finance Services Management Team, you have the responsibility for Digitalization and Automation measures in finance processes by leading the system operations supporting approx. 225 E.ON business units across three locations (Regensburg, Essen in Germany and Cluj in Romania). You will oversee a team of around 40 FTE directly and 90 FTE functionally, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and customer centricity. As Head of Digital & Governance, you are the overall business system owner for S4 United and GLOBE systems with group-wide decision authority for S4U template protection, ensuring finance system standardization in all 540 S4U company codes and approx. 38k finance users. As leader, you are developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy and capabilities for all technologies across Finance Services and lifting S4 template for finance processes to a higher level for national and international E.ON entities and drive process improvements to continuously enhance efficiency and effectiveness of services delivered. As playmaker, you are the overall owner for the support of the central group wide HR system (SAP P83) and manage the optimization of HR master data flows and processes. You are in charge of business support ERP controlling and operational BI support and for the respective EDT budget regarding improvement, enhancements and digitalization. As visionary, you provide process ownership for digitalization processes and ensure governance based on a standardized ERP platform, design and implement strategies focused on standardization and automation, and foster a customer-oriented business support.
