Your tasks
- Design and develop mechanical systems or parts using CAD and CAE software based on project specifications.
- Conduct FEM analysis, including static, vibrational, and thermal simulations, to validate mechanical structures.
- Apply mechatronic principles and dynamic modeling to optimize control systems and mechanical performance.
- Innovate and develop new solutions to reduce production costs, improve throughput, and enhance safety and ergonomics.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to implement feedback control systems and optimize mechanical structures using model order reduction.
Your profile
- Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the machine tool sector.
- Expertise in ANSYS for static, vibrational, and thermal analysis; knowledge of model order reduction techniques.
- Deep understanding of dynamic systems, control theory, and system optimization for motion control applications.
- Proficient in Solid Edge or Inventor, with a strong ability to use Matlab/Simulink and Python for modeling and simulation.
- Strong skills in Italian and English; knowledge of French and German is an asset.
