Responsibilities
- Application responsible for the Change Management System APM and the PLM System 4PEP
- Implementing user requests from the SAP Change Management environment, and develop and implement solutions together with the specialist departments.
- Analysis and optimization of processes (customizing) to ensure the satisfaction of internal customers.
- Responsibility for monitoring tasks in the SAP systems.
- Coordination with both stakeholders and vendors
- Support with the introduction of S/4 HANA
- Supporting the SAP team in preparing and implementing SAP release changes
- Responsible for the preparation and execution of application tests (planning processes, creating, executing and documenting test scenarios)
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training with several years of experience in the IT sector
- Experience as an application engineer in the SAP environment
- Customizing experience in PLM (SD/CRM/C4C)
- Enjoys working as a team to achieve success and sees stakeholders as a customer
- Very good communication in German and English
- Keen to work towards implementing new technologies and continue the digitalization of business processes
