Senior SAP Specialist – Logistics Module

Your Key Responsibilities
- Design & Implementation: Lead the design of S/4 requirements in the warehouse/logistics environment during the Explore phase and implement them during Build phases.
- Workshops & Documentation: Conduct design workshops, ensuring detailed documentation of outcomes.
- Artifact Creation: Develop essential artifacts in SAP Focused Build, such as Functional Specifications, Collaboration Diagrams, and Configuration Design Specifications.
- Coordination: Serve as the crucial link between Swiss work organizations and international development partners.
- Stakeholder Communication: Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Test Managers.
- Integration Development: Actively shape the integration into the S/4 HANA solution, including customizing within a BizDevOps team.
Must-Haves
- SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP logistics modules, especially SAP EWM, along with MM and WM.
- Technical Experience: Hands-on experience with warehouse technology integration (via MFS, MFR), including labeling and mobile dialogs.
- Proven Track Record: Several years of experience in end-to-end implementation of embedded EWM.
- Skill Set: Advanced expertise in creating functional specifications, customizing, and integrating with SAP modules such as QM and FI/CO.
- Analytical Excellence: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, agile mindset (SAFe/Scrum), quick adaptability, initiative, and structured work habits.
- Communication: Ability to explain and present topics clearly and effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Confluence, Jira, and Office 365.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German and at least one other national language (French or Italian), along with strong English skills.
