YOUR TEAM Our „Structure, HR Governance & Labour Relations“ team is seeking for a working student to support us on the workforce analytics & headcount management topics. In your role you will support our team in both keeping track of HR metrics such as headcounts as well as preparing automated and bespoke reports for the purpose of HR analytics. We are responsible for both organizational development and workforce analytics & headcount management. Our goal is to guide our board of management and top management towards an optimized organizational setup and to create transparency across all relevant HR figures and KPIs. Be a part of our team and you will contribute in driving better business decisions in our fast-growing company including worldwide subsidiaries and regions. WHAT YOU WILL DO Conduct deep-dive HR-related quantitative analyses for CARIAD Group, e.g. on headcount, recruiting, attrition, skills, locations Support operational data management in SAP e.g. Headcount Management incl. data maintenance Provide data and analyses to strategic projects and key stakeholders Support design and implementation of interactive data visualization dashboards using BI tools (esp.
