Main Responsibilities:
Finance:
- Treasury management
- Financial statements
- Financial reporting
- Payments flow
- Review of tax declarations
- Budget review and reporting
Accountancy:
- Yearly closing
- VAT declaration
- Support to the external auditors
Human Resources:
- Management of the whole HR process: Recruitment
- Contracts
- Insurance declarations
- Payroll management
- Personal taxes management
- AVS and LPP management
Other projects:
- Information system management
- Database management
- Ad hoc analyses and administrative support to the owners
Experience & Education Required:
- Degree in Business Administration and/or completed studies specialized in Finance & Accounting; a master’s degree is a plus
- Over 10 years of successful hands-on financial management experience in the Swiss & international environment
- Proven experience in managing financial teams with demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent track record in accounting, good knowledge of controlling and important exposure to legal, tax, risk management, insurance and administrative topics of finance
- Excellent understanding of controlling processes and tools
- Good generalist knowledge about all administrative topics and company processes
- Good understanding of integrated ERP systems and Business IT tools
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
