About the Role
This hybrid role offers flexibility with three days in the office and a focus on delivering excellence across technology portfolios. With 5+ years as a Senior Project Manager/Delivery Manager and 5+ years leading PMO functions, you’ll oversee strategic program delivery, drive governance, and implement creative solutions to complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• PMO Leadership: Manage and mature the PMO, ensuring it aligns with the organisation’s strategic objectives and delivers measurable value.
• Technology Portfolio Management: Oversee the successful delivery of complex technology portfolios, maintaining a strong focus on quality and alignment with business goals.
• Governance & Reporting: Establish best-in-class governance frameworks and deliver high-level, actionable reporting to senior executives.
• Agile Excellence: Champion Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
• Problem Solving: Think outside the box to address challenges and implement innovative, effective solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior executives, delivery teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
• Team Leadership: Develop and inspire a high-performing PMO team, cultivating a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

About You
You are a dynamic leader with deep experience in PMO management and technology delivery. Your ability to solve problems creatively, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment makes you an ideal fit for this role.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years as a Senior Project Manager/Delivery Manager and 5+ years in a PMO Management role.
• Agile Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• Delivery Focus: Proven success in managing complex technology portfolios with high levels of delivery and governance.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to challenges.
• Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications highly regarded.
