Responsibilities:
- Responsible for product R & D, familiar with R & D market, responsible for technical direction, technical planning and operational implementation;
- Responsible for team formation and overall management, to ensure the achievement of business objectives and profit objectives, to achieve high-quality operation and sustainable development;
- Be responsible for R & D project management, including R & D planning, R & D implementation, R & D periodic summary report, R & D to production conversion, team building.
- Develop innovative research on new monoclonal antibody and recombinant protein drugs, and build a technical platform for efficient expression of protein drugs.
Requirements:
- Doctor’s degree, major in molecular biology, cell biology, protein engineering, immunology;
- More than 10 years of experience in gene cloning and protein expression, protein purification, engineering cell line construction, antibody humanization, protein engineering, etc.
- Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
