Our Client is a global Software Vendor who is acting very successfully in an international environment. To expand the Central European activities, we are looking for a Partner Account Manager at the Munich office.
Role Responsibilities:
- Hunt and engage with potential partners.
- Explain our client\’s partner program and demonstrate the benefits of the partnership.
- Explain the solution\’s business model as well as the business benefits, and demonstrate the product.
- Monitor and manage the business development relationship with the partners to maximize growth potential.
- Encourage partners to further develop the partnership in order to be recognized as an ambassador for our client.
- Support our client\’s relationship managers to ensure that product knowledge and the necessary experience are acquired by the partner and maintained.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to manage both internal and external relationships to the highest standard of professionalism.
- Identify possible contributions in conversion and transfer them to the sales team adequately.
- Manage potential conflicts within the partner community.
- Build and maintain reporting on partners (skill set, training followed, number of clients, features mastered).
Required Skills:
- 5+ years experience working at or with Direct Digital Marketing Agencies, Marketing Service Providers, or consultancy firms.
- Experience in acquiring and managing partners.
- Experience in pitching, selling, and/or using software solutions within relationship marketing or equivalent software.
- Understanding and experience in managing a long-term and complex sales cycle.
- Ability to rapidly link business requirements to product capability and customer pain points.
- Highly organized, hardworking, and willing to do what it takes to move the partners forward.
- Flexible and adaptive to constant change.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
