Your mission

  • Be responsible for building and fostering client relationships
  • Be the interface between clients and agencies as well as our internal Editorial, Creative, Strategy, Data, PR and Social departments to coordinate all communication activities
  • Be in charge of realizing revenue and margin targets as well as recognizing sales opportunities
  • Be the first point of contact for client issues and passionately steer client satisfaction throughout the entire client marketing portfolio
  • Be able to present our ideas and concepts to clients as well as to our internal LOOPING units
  • Be in charge of managing offers, orders, invoices as well as of controlling budgets and timings
  • Be responsible for establishing and optimizing internal processes, incl. the guidance of your colleagues

Your profile

  • You have 5 years of professional experience in client management
  • You are strongly service oriented
  • You have a great interest in marketing communication and trending topics
  • You are experienced in managing employees as well as in commissioning freelancers
  • You have very good analytical thinking and conceptual strength
  • You have adept handling of the common office programs (Powerpoint, Word, Excel) as well as Keynote
  • You are fluent in German and English
