They support companies implementing Continuous Quality in their Lean and Agile based Software Delivery Lifecycle or in their DevOps environment as well as with delivering complex automation projects.
They are operating in the DACH region and serving customers from all industries such as Finance, Government, Pharmaceutics, Telecommunication, Education, Energy, and many more.
About the role
Within the scope of our demanding customer projects, you are responsible for the automation of test cases. Your various tasks include:
- Review requirements and create test case specifications
- Conception and creation of automation frameworks
- Design and generation of test data (e.g. synthetic)
- Automate functional tests
- Perform automated tests
- Analyze and describe errors and help to resolve them
- Support the test manager in the definition and implementation of the test strategy by using standardized test methods and tools
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a test automation engineer in complex IT projects
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with a focus on IT
- Good command of German and English both spoken and written
- Good understanding of the SDLC as well as a safe handling of standard test tools such as Quality Center and UFT
- Certification as ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level, Advanced Level is a plus
- Independent, conscientious and exact workmanship as well as high self-motivation
- Effective communication skills, team player
