Unsere F&E-Pipeline erfordert eine neue Art von Lieferkette, und wir brauchen die besten Köpfe und Fähigkeiten, um uns auf unserem Weg zur Herstellung komplexerer Produkte zu unterstützen und die Möglichkeiten der Automatisierung und Robotik zu nutzen, damit wir gemeinsam smarter arbeiten können.
Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
Zweck der Aufgaben sind: EHS – und GMP – gerechtes Arbeiten, so dass die Produktionsleistungen qualitäts- und termingerecht entsprechend der Chargenplanung erbracht werden
Befristung: vorerst befristet auf 2 Jahre
Hauptaufgaben
- Federführende Verantwortung für eine schnelle und qualitätsgerechte Störungsbeseitigung an der ihm zugewiesenen Anlage
- Abfüllung von Fertigspritzen
- Organisation des Maschinenteams in der jeweiligen Schicht und Bedienung der Maschinen
- Mithilfe bei der Beschaffung aller benötigten Arbeitsmaterialien
- Kontrolle der Reinigung, Desinfektion und Sicherheit der Arbeitsmittel
- Mitarbeit in Projekten
- Durchführung von Wartungstätigkeiten an den Maschinen und Anlagen
- Umrüsten von produktionstechnischen Anlagen nach Vorgaben
Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf der Elektrotechnik mit mechanischem Hintergrund
- Erfahrung mit Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik, Elektrik / Elektronik und Sensorik wünschenswert
- gute Kenntnisse von Produktionsprozessen
- idealerweise erste Erfahrung im GMP- und Hygienekenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst
