Your Role

As an AI Engineer, you own bunch’s AI & LLM strategy from conceptualization to implementation. You work with state-of-the-art tools to ensure that bunch is trailblazing the adoption of AI to revolutionize a market primed for AI adoption.

Your Responsibilities

• Staying in the know: You are up to date with the latest developments and translate this into opportunities for bunch.
• Effective stakeholder communication: You effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical co-workers, driving strategic alignment between teams.
• Building lean solutions with maximum business impact: You leverage every source of information (data, user feedback, relevant stakeholders, AI trends) to conceptualize lean and impactful solutions that generate the most business value.
• Technically sound implementation: You apply best practices from regular software engineering to build failure-proof solutions and a modular AI platform.

Your Profile

To excel as an AI Engineer, you should combine an insatiable curiosity for AI and private market investing with software development experience to solve challenging problems effectively.

• You have at least 1 year of professional experience in software development in a fast-growing startup where you demonstrated exceptional performance.
• You’re proficient in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
• You are excited about the potential of AI to fundamentally change business processes and are always up to date with the latest developments.
• You have a track record of working independently and pride yourself in employing a well-structured approach to working.
• You are fluent in English and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Hiring Process

• Application Review
• Hiring Manager Interview: We’ll discuss your past experiences and assess how they have prepared you for excelling in this role. Additionally, we’ll tell you more about bunch’s values and our mission and answer any questions you may have.
• Technical Assessment: You will get a case to complete at your own time, designed to showcase your technical hard skills as well as your communication skills.
• Technical Interview: You will lead us through your case results and we’ll have a discussion about it.
