Who will you be joining?
The People and Strategy team within Group People & Culture is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, policies and (digital) products for all our employees globally. The Group Talent Acquisition Team takes care of all global digital Employer Branding, Recruiting and Onboarding processes and products. Our job is to market Allianz as the employer of choice for top talent, and ensure a remarkable candidate experience along any candidate’s way to Allianz Group.
As a vital member of the Group Talent Acquisition Team, you will contribute to our digital Employer Branding, Recruiting, and Onboarding initiatives. Your role involves creating compelling narratives and marketing materials that position Allianz as the preferred employer for top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
How can you make an impact?
Your Tasks Include:
- Digital Tools Implementation Support: Assist in the implementation of new tools and technologies aimed at enhancing our global Employer Branding and Recruiting tech stack. Work closely with the IT and Functional teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption, providing support and training as needed
- Website Management: Collaborate with our content management system to enhance the global careers website, careers.allianz.com. Implement SEO best practices, improve user experience, and ensure accessibility through strategic improvements and team collaboration
- Global Initiatives: Contribute to key global initiatives, including the internal and external roll-out of Allianz Group’s new Employer Value Proposition and the development of innovative digital marketing strategies
- Community Communication: Develop newsletters and intranet pages for the global Talent Acquisition community
What are you made of?
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Media and Communications sciences, (Digital) Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related subjects
- Continuous enrollment at a university throughout the employment period
- Excellent communication and collaboration
- English Fluency (German and other languages are beneficial)

Preferred Qualifications
- Writing and edtiting experience for texts and articles
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of HR IT systems (SAP, Workday etc.) and website analytic tools is a plus (e.g., Adobe Analytics)
