About the team:

The SAP Academy for Customer Success is an energizing, inspiring development program for future customer-facing leaders. The Customer Success Workforce Readiness (CSWR) organization was established to build upon the strong foundation of the ten-month SAP Academy for Customer Success and continue to support the development journey of the Academy associates across a three-year journey. The global team is responsible for all field related activities from demand planning and recruiting through year 3 with SAP. The core focus of this team is to increase productivity and business impact by creating an optimal field experience for our associates to accelerate their development in customer facing roles.

What you’ll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) – SAP Academy for Customer Success – Global Operations

Work Area: Sales Operations

In this role, you’ll:

• Support with collecting, reporting and analyzing program data to measure & communicate program impact to key stakeholders

• Support planning and execution of projects related to the SAP Academy for Customer Success

• Support with content creation, maintenance, and delivery for various stakeholders across the globe

• Support with virtual meeting production and facilitation

• Support enablement and integration of new tools and methods

Who you are:

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration or similar
• Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus
• Soft skills: passion for operational excellence, analytical thinking skills, highly detail oriented, strong oral/written communication skills

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate’s participation in the program.
