YOUR FUTURE TASKS
- Responsibility and active further development of our ETL data loading processes
- Responsibility of the data warehouse with the tools Oracle BI EE and Pentaho
- Supporting the development of our Data Science area regarding data provisioning and the development of data pipelines
- Development of our analysis tools and predictions as microservices in close coordination and cooperation with our developer team
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Master’s degree in the fields of (business) informatics, industrial engineering, data science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable environment
- Ability to adopt and further develop complex DWH structures and ETL processes
- Active problem-solving and communication skills as well as a quick grasp of the subject matter
- Very good skills in at least one database and SQL, experience with Oracle DB is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in Unix/Windows, development tools, SQL clients and version control
- Knowledge of an ETL tool, experience with Pentaho and Oracle BI EE as well as knowledge in programming (Python and/or Java) is an advantage
- Experience in the (logistics/forwarding) environment desirable
- Very good German as well as good English knowledge in word and writing
