Junior Growth Project Manager (m/f/d)

Intro We are seeking a motivated Junior Growth Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team at JOIN. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you’ll be at the center of efforts to accelerate growth and optimize acquisition strategies. Tasks Growth Initiatives : Plan and execute growth experiments and campaigns, focusing on acquisition across multiple channels. Marketing Duties : Manage and oversee marketing-related tasks, including performance marketing, content planning, and campaign execution. Data Insights : Analyze performance metrics and optimize acquisition strategies. Technical Contributions : Utilize technical skills to automate workflows, create dashboards, and optimize growth-related processes. Project Management : Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of growth initiatives. Communication : Provide updates to stakeholders, including the Head of Product, and ensure alignment on progress. Requirements Education : Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Analytics, a Technical Degree, or a related field. Experience : 0-2 years in project management, marketing, or growth-related roles. Mindset : Proactive, self-starter, and eager to take ownership of marketing and growth tasks. Skills : Familiarity with growth tactics, A/B testing, and performance marketing tools. Proficiency in tools like Google BigQuery or SQL to support data-driven decision-making. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Familiarity with programming languages like Python or Javascript to automate workflows.
