Job Description:
Our Cyber & Digital Risk Consulting team is looking for a specialist who takes over responsibility in the area of cyber security for operational technology (OT). You will be involved in consulting and assessment engagements to help our clients designing, implementing, and operating complex control system environments in a secure and reliant way.
Your contribution to KPMG:
- Lead and conduct OT risk assessments, compliance gap assessments and audits.
- 3 years or more hands-on experience in OT and/or technical experience in IT and willingness to get into the OT space; consulting experience is a plus.
- Develop comprehensive OT security strategies, including improvement programs, risk mitigation controls, and security architecture design.
- Formulate and implement OT security documents, frameworks, policies, and roadmaps to enhance protection measures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, cyber threats, and regulatory requirements.
- Assess compliance with industry good practice standards relevant for IT & OT security, e.g NIS 2.
- Provide guidance on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to OT security.
This is what makes you successful:
- Study degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in OT security in the areas of risk, compliance, and/or technology.
- Good understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and the unique challenges of securing OT environments.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST and ISA/IEC standards.
- Ability to develop and implement effective security governance frameworks and policies.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills in English language, and in addition Swiss languages with advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as GICSP, CISSP, CISM or similar are highly regarded.
