Payroll Manager - Immediate start

The Client.

Atlas Partners are working exclusively with a highly regarded education body that takes great confidence in its wonderful history of exceptional results and contemporary methods. They are now looking to bolster their shared service function with an experienced Payroll Manager to manage the payroll processing teams to deliver quality and timely processing of fortnightly payroll.

The Responsibilities.

• Deliver payroll accurately and on-time
• Work closely with policy and governance stakeholders as well as other internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of fortnightly payroll
• Manage the payroll teams resourcing and capabilities to successfully deliver consistent payroll services
• Manage compliance risk and ensure our compliance obligations are met
• Perform other duties as assigned by team leader and department manager

The Experience.

• Substantial Payroll Manager experience for organisations with 15,000+ employees
• Demonstrated ability to manage an end to end payroll function including third party payments
• 4 or more years’ experience in managing teams that are greater than 15 people
• Proven experience in working with, understanding of, and interpreting relevant Awards, Enterprise Agreements and statutory/legislative requirements.
• Technology One experience

The Benefits

• $170,000 – $190,000 + super
• Hybrid working (3 days in the office)
