Are you ready to drive success by bridging the gap between our partners and our sales organization?
We have just created a brand new and strategically important position in our team: Partner Sales Manager for DACH. This exciting position has recently been created as part of our 2025 expansion plans for the region. As a Partner Sales Manager, reporting to the Managing Director of Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive channel sales and support innovative product propositions. Your main focus will be on establishing and nurturing alliances across the DACH Region in EMEA to grow our SaaS software license and service-related revenue.
As part of our dynamic sales team, you will collaborate closely with our local sales and services teams as well as our global Partnering and Alliances Department in our HQ in Nijmegen, Netherlands, as well as with the relevant departments within Schneider Electric.
Responsibilities also include generating interest in all of the Planon solutions by leveraging the partner ecosystem. For both global, regional, and national partners, the objective is to develop strategic relationships by creating joint business initiatives that leverage Planon solutions as a fundamental component of the partner’s business.
The Partner Sales Manager will jointly develop sales strategies with the partners and implement those initiatives by working with local sales and services teams. The Partner Manager will be required to travel selectively in the region to meet with partners and sales/services teams to gain commitment launching initiatives and ensuring successful execution of the established programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the partners’ business and align Planon’s solutions to develop compelling ‘go to market’ propositions.
- Qualify new partners and demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate the value of the Planon solutions to both C-level business leaders and technical staff members.
- Develop partners to become self-sufficient in the marketing of the jointly developed solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of partners, including training, development, and growth.
- Develop and execute partner-specific sales strategies and plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Track and analyze partner sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing strategies accordingly.
