Responsibilities
- Control, management and optimization of the editorial system
- Creating documents of all kinds, such as instructions for use and operating instructions, taking into account guidelines and standards, especially in the field of medical technology
- Creating and maintaining documentation guidelines
- Systematic structuring, improvement and further development of documentation
- Control and monitoring of translations
- Managing, promoting and developing employees
Your Profile
- Training as a state-certified technician with subsequent additional training as a technical editor or preferably also relevant studies
- Several years of professional experience in the field of technical documentation
- Profound knowledge of an XML-based editing system, ideally Cosima Go!
- Knowledge of CREO Illustrate desirable
- Strong communication skills, careful working methods and assertiveness
- Initial management experience an advantage
- Good knowledge of English
