We are expanding our team of highly qualified experts for agile testing. For this purpose, we are looking for a consultant in the field of software test automation for a permanent position with our renowned customers in German-speaking countries.
Trimetis GFB IT-Consulting has been a professional and reliable partner for companies from a wide range of industries in the field of quality assurance and software testing in IT projects for over 25 years. Our software quality assurance services include Test Consulting & Automation, Test Data Management and Test Management & Managed Testing.
Your tasks / responsibilities
- You will advise our customers on the planning, coordination and implementation of automated software testing in agile projects.
- You will implement test automation solutions in environments containing microservices, CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes, according to functional and technical specifications.
- You will develop test automation components, based on test automation frameworks.
- You will support the evaluation and implementation of suitable test automation tools.
- You will be responsible for performing, analyzing and documenting automated and manual test runs.
What we expect from you
- You have good IT skills based on a technical or scientific degree or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in test automation.
- You already have experience in concepting and implementing test automation processes.
- Experience in test case design and realization.
- Experience with Cucumber / Gherkin.
- Knowledge in automation tools, like Selenium, Robot Framework or Playwright.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Amazon AWS, GitLab CI/CD).
- Experience with Docker Containers, ideally Kubernetes.
- Programming skills in the area of test automation frameworks (e.g. Java, Python etc.).
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Communication skills: You speak German fluently and have a good command of English.
