This position includes a compensation structure that provides annual LQA, COLA, and DODEA tuition to dependents (if applicable).
Responsibilities:
This role will support Marine Corps Tactical System Support Activity (MCTSSA), supporting the Fleet Marine Forces (FMF), and evaluating U.S. and partner nation (PN) Tactical Data Link (TDL) and Multi-TDL Network (MTN) operations, capturing and developing Information Exchange Requirements (IER), and making recommendations for U.S.-PN interoperability.
The successful candidate will have experience as a mid-level or senior staff officer at a Combatant Command or Service staff with a demonstrable history of analyzing, planning, and managing joint tactical data link networks as part of an overarching theater command and control (C2) architecture.
This role involves planning, executing, managing, and instructing the Joint Multi-Tactical Data Link Network to support both operational and tactical training initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Five+ years relevant work experience
- In-depth, working knowledge of Multi-TDL Architecture (MTA) physical and cyber configuration, organization, and operations, to include Link 11, Link11B, Link-16, Link 22, MADL, TTNT, C2BMC, GCCS, JRE, ADSI, JREAP, Cross Domain Solution (CDS), etc.
- In-depth knowledge of processes to develop and oversee TDL requirements, agreements, and Information Exchange Requirements (IERs) in a joint / coalition operational environment
- Working knowledge of TDL / Link-16 cryptographic modernization and advanced capabilities strategies and efforts
- Ensure secure communications and manage sensitive COMSEC material, software, and hardware essential for mission requirements.
- Must be available for travel to both domestic and international as operationally required.
