Your Role:
Are you ready to join us in shaping the future of our organization? As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our strategic goals. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the departments you support and create innovative attraction strategies to attract top-tier talent. Your focus will be on mid to senior-level roles (e.g., Expert, Manager, Director, and similar positions), where you will manage the entire recruitment process—from candidate identification to offer acceptance. This position is not just about filling vacancies; it’s about partnering with the business to ensure we hire the best talent that aligns with our high-impact culture.
What You\’ll Do:
- Lead the Recruitment Process: Collaborate with locally and internationally based hiring managers, interview stakeholders, and HR colleagues to manage recruitment from kickoff to offer acceptance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Craft Tailored Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement role-specific strategies to effectively source, assess, and secure top talent, utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing methods.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring an outstanding experience that influences positive talent decisions and promotes our employer brand.
- Consult Hiring Managers: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them through the interview process and decision-making, ensuring alignment with our culture and values.
- Innovate with Data and Technology: Continuously seek to implement innovative solutions by leveraging data, technology, and AI to streamline recruiting processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Works Council and Stakeholders: Proactively build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating critical approval processes and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Contribute to EMEA TA Team Initiatives: Take an active role in various projects linked to Talent Acquisition, such as TA systems optimization, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, Employer Branding, and hiring manager training programs.
Job location: we offer a hybrid work model from our headquarters located in Darmstadt, Germany.
Who You Are:
- Experience with Talent Acquisition processes, technologies and data.
- Experience assessing skills and attributes of candidates in the hiring process.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Sharp interviewing skills, allowing you to assess both technical and cultural fit effectively or have the learning agility to master this essential capability.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders in decision-making using your consultation and coaching skills.
- Proven skills negotiating and delivering solution-oriented outcomes.
- Solid track record of handling information with accuracy and confidentiality, operating with a sense of urgency and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational management skills which enable you to effectively self-manage a workload of requisitions at various stages simultaneously.
- Sound experience collaborating with colleagues to foster a positive team spirit and can work independently.
- Working fluency in German and English language (both spoken and written).
Preferred Skills or Experiences:
- Show genuine curiosity about the healthcare, life science and electronics industries and recognize the value that hiring high quality talent can bring.
- Additional European language skills are a plus.
